At Melora, we want to make sure that our clients are happy with the products they buy from us. We accept returns or replacements of our products as long as they are in original form with original packing with original invoice during 30 days from the date of purchase with the exception of items that are sent to you defective or damaged. The Return shipping cost will be charged from the customer.

We totally understand that occasionally you might decide to remove an order. You just need to call our customer support number to withdraw your order if you change your opinion before getting it; given that your request hasn't already been carried out. We shall try our best to cancel it.
